Key Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes and cookies with artistic precision and creativity.
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and bake cookies and soft pretzels following company protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stock food items and paper products as needed.
• Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cake decorating or a background in art preferred.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
