MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES
Manage the STAAR calibration and maintenance programs in Monrovia, Aliso Viejo and Tustin. Ensure all calibrated instruments are currently calibrated and records/files are complete and up to date.
Maintain calibration records within CMMS or calibration management software.
Maintain daily/weekly schedules to ensure accurate resource allocation and timely completion.
Maintain scheduling calendars to align team priorities and workflow
Support field technician during onsite services request with accuracy.
Manage and maintain the scheduling database for the successful operation of the calibration and maintenance departments.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, or other regulatory standards. traceability to national/international standards (e.g., NIST).
Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors who are involved in the calibration and maintenance of equipment.
Prepare, review and verify records for out-of-tolerance conditions and recommend corrective actions.
Work with equipment owners to resolve calibration, maintenance and installation issues.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay range: $75K - $105K - Final compensation/salary will depend on experience.
