Calibration Coordinator

Our client, an industry leader in healthcare and scientific equipment, is seeking a Calibration Coordinator to join their team. As a Calibration Coordinator, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting calibration and equipment management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Calibration Coordinator

Location: Marlborough, MA

Pay Range: $40.00/hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of equipment transfers between locations and systems.
• Complete and review calibration-related documentation, including equipment folders, checklists, forms, and calibration data records.
• Update databases accurately during equipment transfers and system updates.
• Package and receive equipment, including proper identification and re-identification as necessary.
• Support the calibration team in maintaining compliance with quality standards and procedures.

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Basic understanding of calibration processes and equipment handling.
• Willingness to work onsite in Marlborough, MA.
