What you will be doing:
Calibration Engineer (BEV Propulsion) Leads calibration development for BEV propulsion systems, including torque delivery, regen blending, drivability, and thermal performance. Works across dyno, vehicle, and HIL environments to deliver optimized performance.

What you'll need to be successful (must haves):
  • Define calibration strategy and test plans for propulsion systems
  • Execute testing across dyno, vehicle, and HIL environments
  • Analyze data and optimize performance, efficiency, and drivability
  • Tune parameters for torque response, regen smoothness, and thermal limits
  • Validate diagnostics, derates, and safety behaviors
  • Manage calibration releases, versioning, and traceability
  • Collaborate with controls, HIL, and vehicle test teams
Essentials:
  • Bachelor Degree preferred or 8 years of working experience.
  • 4–8+ years in EV/HEV calibration or controls
  • Experience with CANape, INCA, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of propulsion systems and energy management
  • Proficiency in data analysis (MATLAB/Python)
  • Knowledge of diagnostics and vehicle networks
