    Duties:
    • Perform calibrations and required adjustments on Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), with a primary focus on multimeters and power sensors.
    • Follow approved calibration procedures, service notes, and production processes to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance.
    • Complete customer calibration assignments that are clearly defined and may be repetitive in nature.
    • Identify calibration-related issues of limited scope and escalate out‐of‐scope conditions to experienced technicians or engineering support.
    • Support service center delivery goals through consistent output, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence.
    • Maintain strict compliance with ESD protocols, connector care standards, and equipment handling requirements.
    • Ensure high workmanship standards to minimize rework, audit findings, and customer impact.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when needed, external customers regarding calibration status or findings.
    • Use time and company resources responsibly, multitask effectively, and maximize utilization of existing assets.

    Skills:
    • Demonstrated understanding of electrical measurement fundamentals.
    • Strong adherence to ESD, connector care, and calibration best practices.
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high‐throughput setting.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships across teams.
    • Commitment to high workmanship standards, integrity, and professional business ethics.

    Education:
    • This position requires some education, specialized training or certification, or applicable military technical experience.
    • Experience calibrating electronic test equipment, specifically power sensors, is preferred.
    • 3+ years of related calibration experience in a production or service environment is preferred.
