Perform calibrations and required adjustments on Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), with a primary focus on multimeters and power sensors.
Follow approved calibration procedures, service notes, and production processes to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance.
Complete customer calibration assignments that are clearly defined and may be repetitive in nature.
Identify calibration-related issues of limited scope and escalate out‐of‐scope conditions to experienced technicians or engineering support.
Support service center delivery goals through consistent output, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence.
Maintain strict compliance with ESD protocols, connector care standards, and equipment handling requirements.
Ensure high workmanship standards to minimize rework, audit findings, and customer impact.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when needed, external customers regarding calibration status or findings.
Use time and company resources responsibly, multitask effectively, and maximize utilization of existing assets.
Skills:
Demonstrated understanding of electrical measurement fundamentals.
Strong adherence to ESD, connector care, and calibration best practices.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high‐throughput setting.

Education:
This position requires some education, specialized training or certification, or applicable military technical experience.
Experience calibrating electronic test equipment, specifically power sensors, is preferred.
3+ years of related calibration experience in a production or service environment is preferred.
