Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Calibration Technician - 1st shift for a Contract to hire with a client in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing measurement instruments to component levels in a service or metrology environment.

Rate Range: $28/Hour to $30/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Calibration Technician - 1st shift Job Responsibilities include:

  • Perform calibrations using primary standards and M&TE in accordance with established work instructions.

  • Troubleshoot and repair instruments and systems to the component level.

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues for equipment returned to the service center.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate calibration, service, and compliance documentation.

  • Escalate complex or unusual issues to technical support or engineering teams.

  • Communicate calibration data, trends, and findings to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • 6 months to 1+ year of experience in calibration, metrology, or electronic equipment service.

  • Solid understanding of basic metrology concepts and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting electronic test equipment with strong documentation and communication skills.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
