SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Schedules, coordinates and performs calibration of equipment per established procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
Generates calibration schedules on a timely basis and notifies internal and external customers.
Interfaces with contracted lab services to schedule on-site calibration.
Coordinates equipment calibration.
Obtains quotes, creates purchase orders, and generates packing slips for sending equipment out for calibration.
Conducts simple calibrations, which could include stopwatch, visual verification of rulers, fixtures, etc.
Saves electronic calibration certificates and reports in designated folders.
Follows-up with equipment owner on scheduled calibration.
Follows-up on BMRAM NCR to ensure timely closure.
Performs other duties and tasks as required.
