Growing Manufacturing Company is seeking a talented Calibration Technician/Mechanical Inspector to join their team! This position is full time, Monday - Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to performing and documenting first piece, in process and final inspection
- Ability to calibrate and clean equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Fixtures, Pressure Gauges and Torque Wrenches
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
- Experience using Calipers, Micrometers, CMM's, Optical Comparators and Surface Gages
- Ability to inspect finished components to ensure tolerances are following blueprints in accordance to specifications
- Ability to complete all required documentations based on findings
- Ability and experience working with Vernier’s, height gauges, calipers and other measuring equipment
- Experience working from blueprints; having the ability to read from assembly drawings
- Ensuring tolerances follow company standards
- Other duties as assigned by management
