We are seeking a Calibration Technician to support the accuracy, quality, and reliability of KMSA products through hands-on calibration, testing, inspection, and technical analysis. This role is responsible for performing established calibration and testing procedures, evaluating product performance, documenting results, and helping identify issues that may affect product quality or reliability. The Calibration Technician will work closely with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting, resolve technical concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement within the calibration and production environment.
The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on technical experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform routine and moderately complex calibration and testing activities with a growing level of independence. Success in this role requires a methodical approach to work, comfort with technical equipment and documented procedures, sound judgment when identifying irregularities, and a willingness to collaborate with others to ensure products consistently meet established quality and performance standards.
This position is 100 percent onsite and requires daily presence at KMSA’s Redmond headquarters to support calibration, testing, production, and other lab-based activities.

BASE PAY RANGE:$58,240 - $66,560 DOS/E
This position is eligible for experience specific compensation ranges based on candidate experience; compensation will be aligned and determined based on these criteria. Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
