Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and interested in hands-on technical work? Our client company in Hatfield, PA is hiring Calibrators for 3rd shift.

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday – Friday
3rd Shift Start: Late October / Early November 2026
Training: Begin training now on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
Shift Differential:Additional 15% shift differential when transitioned to 3rd shift

What You’ll Do

You’ll play an important role in ensuring products meet exact specifications through testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.

• Test and calibrate flow measurement controllers to customer specifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic calibration issues

• Set up testing parameters, including temperature, pressure, gas/liquid media, and fixtures

• Operate computer-assisted calibration systems, manual equipment, and Bell Provers

• Collect and accurately record calibration data

• Work with Engineering to evaluate product or application issues

• Support customer simulations of flow conditions when needed

• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

• Maintain reliable attendance and work effectively as part of a team

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous calibration experience preferred, but not required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable using hand tools

• Ability to multitask and follow detailed procedures

• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Word and Excel are a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to learn technical processes and equipment

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Production/manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Repetitive motion and tasks requiring manual dexterity

• Lift up to 20 lbs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A skills test is required as part of the hiring process.
