    Description

Step into a day on our EV builds

By 7:00 AM you're walking a new site in the LA area with a set of one‑line diagrams tucked under your arm. You confirm conduit runs, bend and install EMT, set underground paths, and pull and terminate conductors. After lunch, you’re landing a new breaker—working safely in an energized panel—then commissioning an EV charging station. Across the week you’ll touch 208V, 240V, 480V systems, verify terminations, and troubleshoot anything that keeps electrons from flowing. No crew to manage. No project scheduling to juggle. Just real, high‑impact electrical work.

    What you’ll do

    • Install and troubleshoot EV charging stations (EVSE)
    • Read and interpret blueprints and one‑line diagrams with confidence
    • Run EMT and underground conduit; pull and terminate wire
    • Work across 208V, 240V, and 480V systems using proper safety protocols
    • Support newer installers in the field through your example and know‑how
