Licensed Bail Agent – SACRAMENTO Office
ABBA Bail Bonds, a leading California bail agency, is seeking a Licensed Bail Agent to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This is a full-time employment opportunity.


Bail Agent


Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate payment arrangements and collect delinquent accounts
  • Resolve customer disputes and perform skip tracing when necessary
  • Conduct collection activities via phone calls and emails
  • Handle general office and administrative duties
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
Requirements:


  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Licensed Bail Agent (California Department of Insurance)
  • Clean criminal and DMV record
  • 1–3 years of experience in the bail industry
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and from jail locations
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle high call and email volumes
  • Commitment to delivering the highest level of professional service
