This 100% remote position offers maximum scheduling flexibility, allowing you to manage your own calendar while delivering high-quality psychological care from your home office.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive telehealth clinical evaluations, diagnostic intake assessments, and psychological consultations.Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy) tailored to individual client needs.Develop, track, and update personalized treatment plans and clinical goals.Maintain timely and accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams or make external referrals when clinically indicated.Candidate QualificationsEducation: Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an accredited program.Licensure: Active, unencumbered license as a Psychologist issued by the California Board of Psychology.Experience: Post-licensure clinical therapy experience (telehealth experience is strongly preferred).Technical Setup: Access to high-speed internet, a secure computer with a webcam and microphone, and a quiet, private space that meets HIPAA privacy standards.Compensation & Work EnvironmentHourly Rate: $70.00 per completed patient session hour.Flexible Schedule: Freedom to set your own availability (part-time or full-time caseload options).Location: Fully remote-work from anywhere in the U.S. while serving patients in California.About Vivo HealthstaffVivo Healthstaff connects healthcare and mental health professionals with flexible, rewarding telehealth and clinical opportunities nationwide.
