Part-Time Call Center AgentCompany: AMTI l Location: Atlanta, GA (In-Office)Pay: $16/hr l Hours: Part-Time l Requires 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) and HolidaysAMTI is hiring Part-Time Call Center Agents to assist callers during critical moments – from medical inquiries to locksmith requests. We handle inbound calls only; no sales or outbound calling required. No experience needed as we provide fully paid, hands-on training. What You'll Do:Handle incoming calls with a warm, helpful attitude.Take accurate messages, transfer calls, and/or relay key information.Use our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently.What We're Looking For:Friendly, upbeat, and professional communication skills.Strong English spelling and grammar.Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
