Call Center Agent  |  Call Center CSR  | Customer Service Agent

Location: Onsite
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Training Schedule

Your paid training is designed to help you build confidence and set you up for success.

  • Week 1: Wednesday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Week 2: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Week 3: Transition to your regular schedule while continuing training

Regular Schedule After Training:
 Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to routine inquiries by following established scripts, procedures, and policies.
  • Gather information from callers to accurately identify and resolve questions or concerns.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
  • Clearly communicate available solutions and next steps.
  • Escalate complex or non-routine inquiries to senior representatives when appropriate.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service and efficiency.
  • Assist with training and supporting newly hired team members when needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience required.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience using multiple applications.
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions.
  • Positive, professional, and dependable attitude.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
