Position: Call Center Representative
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $ 18.00/hour
Role Overview
We are seeking customer-focusedCall Center Representatives to support individuals with lawsuit and claims-related inquiries. This is a script-driven environment where you will assist callers by providing claim status updates, explaining the claims process, and answering questions regarding eligibility, deadlines, and required documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls regarding lawsuits, settlements, and claims
Provide claim status updates and explain next steps in the process
Assist callers with questions about eligibility, deadlines, and required documents
Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Document interactions and maintain accurate records
Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Deliver excellent customer service while managing a high volume of calls
Qualifications
1 year minimum of recent call center experience required
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Ability to follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a positive customer experience
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
