Job Overview:
As a Call Center Agent- Remote, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls from existing and potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from customers and identify their needs
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and products
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate them to the relevant department if necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate sales leads
• Update customer information and transactions in the company database

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus
