Title: Customer Support Representative (Investor & Industry Support Center)
Location: Rockville, MD

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join a high-volume Support Center responsible for assisting investors, registered representatives, and other financial industry professionals. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are hiring for:

  • 3 Full-Time Positions (40 hours/week)
  • 2 Part-Time Positions (20 hours/week)

The Support Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST. Candidates must be flexible to support scheduled shifts within operating hours.

This is a hybrid position, requiring employees to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely each week.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound phone calls and inquiries from investors, registered representatives, and other industry professionals
  • Provide accurate information regarding policies, procedures, and general support topics
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while handling high call volumes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve support processes and customer experience
  • Adhere to established service level expectations and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service, call center, support center, or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting clients within financial services, banking, insurance, or regulated industries
  • Experience working in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Support Center hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
