What You'll Do as a Call Center Agent:- Make outbound calls to customers to return health screening kits
- Navigate CRM systems and softphone tools to manage call activity
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements
- Log call activity and update records accurately in system tools
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to calls and systems
- Maintain punctual attendance and readiness at shift start times
- Represent the company positively as part of the customer experience
What You Need to Bring to the Call Center Agent Role:- Experience in call center, customer service, or outbound calling preferred
- Ability to use computer systems, CRM platforms, and call software independently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically
- Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
