Training: Training will take place onsite during 1st shift/daytime hours, regardless of your permanent schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers over the phone with account-related questions and requests
• Research information and help resolve customer concerns
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
• Document interactions accurately
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
Customer service experience is a plus, but we are especially interested in candidates who are dependable, professional, comfortable speaking with customers, willing to learn, and excited about starting a career in financial services.
