Position DescriptionReporting to the Program Manager, the full-time, non-exempt Call Center Assistant I plays a key role in supporting patient care by answering calls, scheduling appointments, addressing patient questions, and routing calls appropriately. They must maintain strong internal and external relationships, act as a liaison for Honor Community Health (HCH) centers and clinical teams and provide language services to non-English speaking patients. The Call Center Assistant I must consistently demonstrate professionalism and contribute to a culture of excellence, compassion, and high-quality healthcare.

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience in front-line customer service or in a similar call center position.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in using Electronic Medical Records preferred.
