Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent)
Strong customer service and communication skills (plain-language explanations, rapport building, objection handling)
Comfortable with performance feedback/coaching and learning new technology/processes
Intermediate computer skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to problem-solve/decision-make effectively
What You’ll Do
Build and deepen customer relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending solutions
Respond to customer questions/concerns and create customized resolutions
Open and support banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
Identify opportunities that require licensed support and refer to the appropriate partners
Quote rates, terms, and available programs
Follow process and compliance expectations while managing risk in each interactio
Call Center Banking Specialist (On-Site)

Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time)
Pay: $27.00/hour
Position Overview
We’re hiring Call Center Banking Specialists to support customers by answering inquiries, identifying financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and solutions. This is an in-office role (no remote work).
Schedule
Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Ongoing schedule: Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
