Work you'll do

We are seeking experienced Call Center Contractors to engage prospective high-net-worth customers who have expressed interest through digital or other approved lead-generation channels. This high-touch customer engagement role is responsible for creating a premium first impression, understanding prospect needs, qualifying opportunities, scheduling appointments, and routing prospects to the appropriate financial professional, branch, or specialized team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective high-net-worth customers primarily by telephone, with approved email follow-up as appropriate.
• Deliver a professional, personalized, and responsive customer experience.
• Use approved discovery questions to understand customer needs, priorities, readiness, and preferred next steps.
• Assess opportunities using established business criteria.
• Schedule appointments and facilitate warm transfers when appropriate.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate financial professional, branch, or specialized team.
• Accurately document customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
• Monitor appointment acceptance and escalate or reroute stalled opportunities.
• Follow approved scripts, privacy requirements, disclosures, and customer-contact controls.
• Participate in quality monitoring, coaching, training, and continuous-improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in one or more of the following: High-net-worth customer service, Financial services, private banking, or wealth management, Inside sales or appointment setting, Premium hospitality or concierge services, Luxury retail, Another high-touch customer engagement environment
• Polished and professional verbal communication skills.
• Strong active-listening, discovery, and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to demonstrate communication skills through a live simulation exercise.
• CRM or Salesforce experience, or the ability to complete certification quickly during training.
• Ability to pass required compliance, eligibility, and background-verification processes.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $30-$35 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
