Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Call Center Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for scheduling customer appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating communication between customers and sales consultants. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking, working with multiple computer systems, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Assist with managing and maintaining multiple calendars
  • Notify Moving Consultants of their scheduled appointments via email or phone
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tasks and updated records
  • Assist with managing and organizing incoming sales leads
  • Utilize multiple computer programs to coordinate the components of customer moves

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous call center, scheduling, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
