Position Overview
We are seeking Call Center Representatives to support a high-volume, short-term project assisting incoming university students and their families with campus housing inquiries. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver accurate and compassionate customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This position serves as the first point of contact for questions related to housing applications, assignments, move-in procedures, policies, and general student housing support.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work onsite daily
Preferred
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Experience in higher education or student services environments
- Familiarity with university housing operations
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages a plus)
