    Schedule: Any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM


    Job Summary


    We are seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives to support a healthcare/Medicaid provider network in a high-volume contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have recent experience handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing professional, accurate, and timely customer service.


    This role involves assisting Medicaid providers and clients with questions related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related inquiries.


    Key Responsibilities


    Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner.

    Assist Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and program-related information.

    Research and resolve customer inquiries and issues when appropriate.

    Provide accurate, clear, and concise information to callers.

    Document all customer interactions accurately in online systems and logs.

    Transfer callers to the appropriate Call Center department when necessary.

    Meet established individual performance, quality, and productivity standards.

    Maintain strict attendance and schedule adherence.

    Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

    Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Required Qualifications


    At least 6 months of high-volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to multitask while handling customer interactions.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

    Ability to accurately document customer interactions.

    Preferred Qualifications


    Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

    Previous healthcare, Medicaid, insurance, claims, or provider-network experience is a plus.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.

    Schedule Requirements


    Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

    Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days.

    Consistent attendance and adherence to assigned schedules are required.

    Work Environment


    100% onsite in Austin, TX

    Local candidates only
