Position Description

• Handle incoming telephone calls from excavators and efficiently process locate tickets using computerized ticket management and mapping systems
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in computer operations & multitasking across multiple applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving abilities
• Proficient grammar & punctuation skills
• Friendly & positive demeanor
• Comfortable wearing a headset & working in a call center environment
• Able to sit for 8 hours or more

Schedule:

• Training (6-8 weeks): Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1st shift)
• After Training: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Day shift between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
• No weekend rotation
• Sundays & Holidays are voluntary (earn time and a half when worked)
• Occasional Saturday shifts (1st shift) – if scheduled, you’ll have a weekday off
