Weekends included Experience using Service Titan Software is a PLUS! As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you’ll utilize our scheduling program (Service Titan) to efficiently dispatch our expert team to their jobs, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers seeking assistance with water heater issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to follow a required call script.
