We are a fun, well-established plumbing company with over 20 years of serving our community!! We are looking for a friendly, dependable Call Center & Dispatch Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Enter customer information accurately
• Coordinate with dispatch and technicians

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or dispatching preferred
• Availability to work evenings
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM and proficiency with computers
• Must be reliable, responsible, and a team player
• Must pass drug test/background check/authorized to work in the US
