Help keep our customers comfortable and our service team moving. Parobek Plumbing & Air Conditioning is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Call Center Dispatcher to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will be the vital connection between our customers and field technicians—answering calls, coordinating schedules, and helping each service appointment run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Schedule plumbing and HVAC service calls based on urgency, location, technician availability, and required skills.
• Dispatch technicians efficiently and communicate schedule changes throughout the day.
• Keep customers informed about appointment timing, delays, and next steps.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, job, and service information in the dispatch system.
• Monitor open calls and follow up with technicians to support timely job completion.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, and office team members.
• Help resolve scheduling concerns and customer issues with patience and sound judgment.
• Support after-hours or rotating coverage when scheduled.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous call center, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, time-sensitive environment.
• Comfort using computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling or dispatch software.
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or home-service operations is a plus, but not required.

Position Details

• Employment type: Full-time - In person position
• Schedule: To be discussed; Mon - Friday, availability for assigned rotating weekends.
• Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
