We are seeking a Call Center Foreman to remotely monitor parking facilities, providing excellent customer service via phone and security systems.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, operating revenue control systems, managing supplies, monitoring security feeds, processing transactions, and escalating major issues to management.
Requirements include at least 6 months of work experience, basic math skills, computer literacy, and effective communication.
Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, customer service or parking industry experience, strong problem-solving, time management, and team skills.
Compensation is $17.85/hour, with benefits such as 401k, EAP, paid time off, and full-time health benefits.
Shift hours vary, primarily in the late afternoon and evening. Candidates must pass background, drug, and math tests, and be authorized to work in the US.
