We are looking for a Call Center
Customer Service Agent with a friendly, professional phone presence, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people.
The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and creates a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who calls.Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but are not required. This is an in-person position located in our office inside Hulen Mall.
Pay: $15-$16.50 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses
Schedule: Full-time. We are open six days per week, with Monday, Friday and Saturday hours required. Options for days off include Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays based on staffing needs.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
- Enter and update patient information in our system
- Help patients understand services, benefits, and next steps
- Support smooth communication between clinics and patients
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of interactions
- Support your call center and clinic teams, working together to provide an outstanding experience for every patient

- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Medical office or call center experience preferred (not required)
