      CALL CENTER MANAGER
       
      Lead. Coach. Convert. Drive Performance.
      Sunbelt Home Solutions is growing, and we’re hiring a high-performance Call Center Manager to lead our appointment-setting team and maximize lead conversion.
      This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management position. We need a sales-driven leader who can coach conversations, develop appointment setters, create accountability, and drive measurable results.
      Your mission: turn more leads into qualified appointments and make sure no opportunity is left on the table.
      What You’ll Own
      As our Call Center Manager, you’ll lead performance across multiple lead sources and opportunities, including:
      • New Leads: Drive speed-to-lead, contact rates, and appointment conversion
      • Rehash: Turn previously unsold or untouched leads into new appointments
      • Resets: Recover canceled, missed, and previously scheduled appointments
      • Existing Database: Identify opportunities others may have overlooked
      • Lead Follow-Up: Build a culture of persistence and consistent follow-up
      • You’ll teach the team how to work the lead, overcome objections, build value, create urgency, ask for the appointment, and close confidently.
      What You’ll Do
      • Hire, train, coach, and develop appointment setters
      • Conduct call reviews, role-playing, and ongoing sales training
      • Set clear daily and weekly performance expectations
      • Track call center KPIs, scorecards, activity, and conversion rates
      • Hold team members accountable to performance goals
      • Identify underperformance and create actionable improvement plans
      • Develop top performers into future leaders
      • Drive conversion across new leads, rehash, resets, and database opportunities
      • Improve contact, appointment, confirmation, and overall lead conversion rates
      • Create energy, competition, urgency, and accountability
      • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to maximize every lead generated
      What We’re Looking For
      You may be a strong fit if you have:
      • Leadership experience in a sales call center, inside sales, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or high-volume sales environment
      • Proven success coaching sales representatives to higher performance
      • Experience managing through KPIs, call recordings, scorecards, and conversion data
      • Strong objection-handling and sales coaching skills
      • A competitive, results-driven leadership style
      • The ability to hold people accountable while motivating and developing them
      • A willingness to jump into the trenches and demonstrate what a great call sounds like
      Home improvement experience is preferred, but strong call center and sales leadership experience matters more.
