What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily call center operations

  • Manage incoming service calls and ensure timely job assignment and completion

  • Lead, coach, and support operations personnel

  • Prepare reports, operational metrics, and performance tracking data

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation procedures

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Experience leading high-volume call centers or dispatch teams
