Call Center -Remote (Experienced)
We are seeking motivated and experienced call center professionals to join our team in Salem, Ohio. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing exceptional service.

Hours: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries via email, social media, and website signups within response time standards
Route complex inquiries and escalations appropriately
Facilitate appointment scheduling and confirm details with veterans
Coordinate follow-up for cancellations and no-shows, rescheduling in a timely manner
Conduct post-interaction outreach and document follow-up outcomes
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance with internal standards
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a call center, client services, or patient support role
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to navigate multiple systems and stay organized under volume
Comfortable working remotely and independently with consistent availability
Other Requirements:
Ability to work on-site in Salem, Ohio during scheduled hours
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
