Are you an organized and communicative individual looking to join a dynamic team? LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer phone calls from customers and schedule appointments for a busy sales team on the northwest side of Indianapolis. This is a fully onsite, contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Answer all incoming calls from customers and provide professional responses to their inquiries.

Schedule appointments for each sales person within their designated sales region.

Set clear expectations for customers, including the time of the appointment, and the approximate duration of each appointment.

Return all customer calls by the end of each business day.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

Exceptional communication skills.

Ability to multi-task effectively.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Previous call center experience

High school diploma or GED

Compensation:

$17.50 per hour.
