Customer Service Representative | $20-$22/Hour

We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, solving problems, and building positive relationships while working in a professional office environment.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to welcome new customers and follow up regarding account information
• Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service
• Verify customer information and ensure account details are accurate
• Assist customers with payments and setting up automatic payment options
• Address customer questions and concerns while providing solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
• Meet daily call goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, hospitality, banking, or similar customer-focused environment is highly valued
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent attendance and a proven history of reliability and longevity in previous roles
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry and typing abilities
• High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule

Regular Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday overtime rotation (approximately once every 1 to 1.5 months)

Pay & Benefits

• $20-$21/hour
• Up to $22/hour for highly qualified candidates
• Consistent full-time schedule
