Description
Call Center Representative
Remote in PST
4+ month contract (potential to extend/convert)
Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7am-8pm PST
Job Responsibilities
These are inbound customer service representatives supporting clients' senior/Medicare population.
Agents will assist members with:
Eligibility questions
Benefits and coverage
Provider information
Monthly premium/billing questions
Pharmacy/clinical pharmacy questions
Claims questions and research
General member inquiries
Identifying access-to-care issues and warm transferring those members to Care Navigators

Qualifications
- Someone with 1–2 years of excellent customer service experience and a great personality
- Can work the PST/work schedule
- Remote workers must have:
- Stable internet
- Ability to connect through wired Ethernet
- Appropriate professional remote workspace
