- Provide information about our real estate services and assist with any questions or concerns
- Schedule appointments for clients with our agents
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
