Call Centre Agents Needed

Experience in home improvement sector preferred but not essential as full training given, you must be confident and have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality.

Call Centre Agent your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Making outbound calls
• Processing customers applications and converting to appointments/leads
• Building rapport with customers
• Updating the CRM system
• WARM CALLING ONLY

In addition, the following key skills are essential:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and ambitious
