Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and providing them with excellent service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and updating our database with relevant information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Making outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide them with updates on their real estate transactions

- Assisting clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their properties or transactions

- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients in our database

- Identifying and escalating any issues or concerns to the appropriate department

- Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals set by the company

- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
