Core Responsibilities: Answer a high volume of incoming calls with an energetic, friendly, and helpful demeanor. Collect accurate details, route messages, and connect calls to the correct parties. Utilize our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently. Consistently meet established performance standards.What We're Looking For: A polite, professional, and engaging phone presence.
