Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Call Center Representative . You will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, providing technical support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

Job Description

  • Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
  • Other assignment as necessary.

 

Skills Required

  • Two (2) years of experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Active listening provides full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs.
  • Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issue and find effective solution.
  • Bilingual (Facility Specific)

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED).

 

Additional Requirements

  • Shift Time: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

 

 Pay Rate

  • $26-$31 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
