Pay Rate: $19.43–$26.17/hour

Job Summary

The Call Center Representative provides professional customer and patient support by handling incoming and outgoing calls, answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with clinic appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient and customer calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, and book clinic appointments.
• Make appointment reminder calls to patients.
• Answer patient inquiries regarding clinic appointments.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information and assistance over the phone.
• Use in-house phone systems and pagers.
• Make overhead announcements as needed.
• Provide technical and general support when required.
• Perform other assignments as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong telephone and phone-handling experience.
• Healthcare or patient scheduling experience is highly relevant.
• Bilingual ability as required by the facility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate relevant systems.
• Experience providing customer service in a call center environment.
• Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED.
