Key Requirements:
  • Handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an overall positive experience.
  •  The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, stay organized, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups or customer outreach
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • 9am-5pm
