Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a locally owned, full-service cleaning and restoration company proudly serving the Tri-State area for over 100 years. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain empathetic and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. You will handle a variety of service inquiries, from routine cleaning to emergency restoration needs, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy
  • Accurately enter customer information and create service orders in scheduling software
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
  • Explain cleaning and restoration services and provide pricing information
  • Upsell customers with additional services available
Schedule
  • 10:30am-7pm Monday -Thursday, 9:30am-6pm on Fridays
  • Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems in a high-call-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
