Call Center Representative to join its Revenue Cycle Management team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is comfortable discussing patient billing, insurance benefits, payments, and account questions.

- MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
- Overtime eligible

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient billing and account balances
- Explain statements, insurance payments, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance
- Provide basic guidance on out-of-network benefits and billing
- Process payments and assist with payment-plan requests
- Document patient interactions accurately
- Handle billing questions and route complex issues to the appropriate team
- Complete callbacks and follow up on outstanding issues
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow payment-security procedures
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Medical billing or healthcare experience is a plus
- Out-of-network billing experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone manner and ability to handle challenging conversations
- Strong attention to detail and computer skills
- EMR experience is a plus; training provided
