Call Center Representative

Position Overview

As a Client Booking Specialist at our studio call center, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, working with warm leads and guaranteed successful conversational scripts. This is a space where your love for speaking with people and creating memorable interactions is valued. Sales experience is a plus, but we are looking for energetic people who love to have good conversations with happy potential clients!

• Total Earning Potential:$68,880-$95,000+/year *Base Pay + Weekly Incentives + Monthly Incentives*

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Your role at Vita Brevis

• Outbound and Inbound calls to potential clients (no cold calling, warm leads only)
• Booking clients into our studio schedule
• Must love talking to people!
• Meet specific targets for calls and bookings
• In-person office position at our studio, this is not a remote position

• Experience in phone sales or appointment setting is preferred
