Call Center Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Call Center Representative to communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
• Present products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer conversations.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.

• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
