Position Overview

The Call Center Representative is responsible for contacting homeowners by phone, scheduling qualified appointments for free in-home consultations, updating customer information, and assisting potential customers who respond to our advertising campaigns. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Deliver and adapt company scripts to engage prospective customers
• Answer homeowner questions and overcome objections professionally
• Accurately collect and enter customer information into company systems
• Confirm appointments and maintain scheduling accuracy
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed
• Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to advertisements
• Update lead information and customer records
• Maintain reports and track appointment activity
• Perform quality control and follow-up calls
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of customer service, call center, telemarketing, sales, or marketing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Product training provided
